Photo Radosław Dyduch On October 12, 2024, a National OYAMA Polish Karate Federation Seminar in Kumite took place in the Com-Com Zone Development Center Sports Hall in Kraków. The event saw the participation of nearly 270 heads of training centers, technical training managers, judges, candidates for the master exam in Cottbus 2024, black belts, and a wide range of junior and senior competitors, including guests from Germany and Norway. Photo Radosław Dyduch Under the guidance of Hanshi Jan Dyduch, 9th dan, specialized sessions were led by accomplished OYAMA karate trainers: Saiko Shihan Andrzej Pierzchała, 8th dan, Shihan Dariusz Szulc, 5th dan and Shihan Tomasz Klimaszewski, 5th dan. Saiko Shihan conducted the first two training sessions, showcasing round and spinning kicks, as well as advanced combinations focusing on sport fighting, using Thai pads. Sensei Konrad Kostrzewa. Following that, Shihan Klimaszewski held workshops on closing the distance as a tactical strategy in sport fights. Workshops. Photo Radosław Dyduch Hanshi Jan Dyduch and Shihan Paweł Pajdak, 7th dan, chairmen of the Judges Commission of the Federation, presented certificates to graduates of the OYAMA PKF Sports Instructor Course for 2023/2024, along with licenses for sport judges of OYAMA PKF valid for the years 2024-2027. Hanshi expressed his gratitude for the participants’ strong attendance and, together with Shihan Rafał Majda, 6th dan, invited everyone to the next seminar focused on sport fighting, scheduled January 11-12, 2025, in Jelenia Góra. |
