We have issued the new syllabus edition of OYAMA Polish Karate Federation, including all the actual schooling and examination information for children, youth and adults. The new edition includes instructions how to fold a karate-gi, properly wear the belt and also the text of the karate-do oath and a necessary Polish- Japanese dictionary.
